Hypnosis invariably makes
people feel better. People usually leave a session feeling better than
when they came in; more relaxed, more positive. Wouldn't it be great if

a hypnotic state. Because they are aimed at mass markets books and tapes
usually use generalisations to try and appeal to a broad spectrum of
people whereas Hypnosis is by its very nature a highly personal
experience.
